[ad#GAtext] The startling story was pursued by a reporter at The Sunday Life, who investigated the claims and found the girl was serious about the transaction. In order to stop her, the paper dispatched a journalist who posed as an interested bidder and placed a bid. According to the Belfast Telegraph, after being contacted by the reporter, the girl responded quickly via text with descriptions, including her bra size, and asked for details about the transaction. Google Toolbar Tracks

[ad#GAtext] A bug in Google Toolbar has resulted in the search giant receiving information about users' Web surfing in violation of the product's privacy policy, according to an anti-spyware and privacy researcher. In a report, Ben Edelman, an assistant professor at Harvard Business School, shows that under certain circumstances the Google Toolbar (versions 6.3 and above) tracks the browser habits of Internet Explorer 8 users who have activated the toolbar's "enhanced features" even when the toolbar is turned off or disabled. Google confirmed the bug and said that only a tiny number of toolbar users are impacted. A spokesperson for the company said a fix for the toolbar would be pushed out Tuesday and the software would automatically update. Google declined to say how many toolbar users use IE8 and would only estimate the number of all its toolbar users as "hundreds of millions". Google Opens a Mobile Phone Web Store

Google unveiled the Nexus One, with the most advanced mobile software version of its Android platform 2.1.; The novelty is that users will buy it on the Internet by 529 dollars (368 euros) and choose which company they want to provide the service. For now it will be available in the U.S. with T-Mobile, which will sell for $ 179 (124 euros) with a two-year contract, or Verizon, which has yet to announce prices.
