I recomend using a full install automated backup, since if you have a database backup, you will recover your files but not your plugins , themes tweeks, addons, and so on. The one I use is the MyEasyBAckup, you should do A how2 on this one, its really great.

Thanks for Sharing Melvin, I looked into your plugin and it is a great alternative, one of the easiest one to use out there, I just watched your video on how to work around the plugin and let me tell you, it doesnt get easier than this.
